Rack Storage

Storage customers will not have access to the rack storage boats in or under the rack storage building after hours. 

Proof of no less than 300,000 liability insurance must be on file prior to any approved storage contract and must stay current while personal property is being stored.  

The Boardwalk @ Waves and Wheels assumes NO DUTY TO INSPECT OR MAINTAIN VESSEL. The Boardwalk @ Waves and Wheels shall have no obligation to notify the Owner of the necessity for any maintenance or repairs of the Boat, Engine, Trailer and Additional Equipment during the duration of this contract. It is the sole responsibility of the storage customer to arrange  winterization & dewinterization of their vessel while stored at The Boardwalk @ Waves and Wheels through customer's outside contractor.

No" outside" contractors such as marine repair, detailers, sales persons, etc will be allowed on property without permission from management. Outside contractors must check-in to office upon arrival. Valid Insurance Certificate is required to be on file at The Boardwalk @ Waves and Wheels prior to any work beginning. 

All vehicles must be parked in assigned areas, towing charges will be paid by owner of vehicles. 

Quite hours are but not limited to 11pm-8am each day. No offensive music or behavior will be tolerated at anytime,  management has the right to regulate as needed. 

Please note mooring or sleeping overnight is Not permitted, we strictly offer IN & OUT service with your rack storage service Mon - Fri during business hours.
